How long does it take?
Most valuations are returned within one to two business days after Yelena reviews the property and the current competition.
Do you need to walk through the property?
A walkthrough produces the most accurate range, because condition and layout matter. Yelena can also start from photographs and public records.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. Your information is used to prepare and discuss your valuation.
